Every year, the RM2 Partnership and The Employee Ownership Association work in partnership to produce the EO Top 50.
The data we have collected shows that employee ownership is no barrier to growth or success – quite the contrary, employee owned companies are going from strength to strength. You will see from these results that employee owned companies outperform their independently owned peers in revenue growth, profits, job creation and productivity.
