Rachel has a solid background in company secretarial practise and share plan administration from almost 15 years as Cosec Assistant at WS Atkins plc, focusing on managing the administration of their SIP and executive share schemes.  At RM2 she often helps in the implementation of some of RM2’s larger share plan projects.
