Caroline heads up RM2’s Compliance and Administration team, which specialises in and
administers over 100 clients’ share plan arrangements. Caroline has more than 14 years of employee share schemes’ experience including the design and establishment of plans. She is experienced in a wide range of share plan types including HMRC tax advantaged schemes, both discretionary and all-employee plans. Her expertise covers all administration tasks, from plan & trust registration, option grants, vesting arrangements & HMRC reporting for both listed and private clients.
