John has worked for over 20 years with private company owners and plc Remuneration Committees, supporting them in the establishment and operation of employee share plans.
His particular focus is on working with stakeholders to understand their commercial objectives and designing share plan arrangements to align with those desired strategic goals.
John has worked with numerous companies who have seen the motivational benefits that share plans can bring to their employees. John also works collaboratively with other professional advisers on share plan matters for their underlying clients.
John has worked at large national law firms, as a lawyer within a “Big Four” reward practice and, most recently, as a Partner within a large regional law firm.
