Xiaolei is an employee ownership and share incentives specialist, with experience advising private and listed companies on employee ownership, employee share plans and employment-related tax matters. She has worked with businesses of all sizes on the design, implementation and operation of employee share incentive arrangements, as well as advising on the employee ownership aspects of corporate transactions and business succession planning.

Her particular expertise is in employee share incentives, including tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged share plans such as Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI), Company Share Option Plans (CSOP), Share Incentive Plans (SIP) and growth shares. She has extensive experience helping businesses align employee participation with their strategic and commercial objectives.

Since joining RM2, Xiaolei has been supporting clients across a broad range of employee ownership matters, including Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs), governance, trustee support and the development of ownership structures that promote employee engagement and long-term business success.
