As part of our Operations Team, Sacha assists with client’s Compliance and Administration needs. Sacha engages with the day-to-day compliance and administration once the scheme is set up.

Sacha is a main contact for our client’s monthly and annual administration tasks. She also assists with share valuations, drafting documents and liaises with HMRC as required, completing share scheme annual returns and regularly updating our systems with any changes our clients may have.
