Yes. RM2 became an employee-owned business in April 2019, using the Employee Ownership Trust model — putting into practice what we advise our clients on.

The firm was originally founded in 1991 by Roy MacKenzie as a remuneration management consultancy, moved into employee share schemes in the late 1990s, and extended into EOT advice in 2015.
