Our first priority is providing excellent service.  We use an independent agency (BenchmarkQ) to survey our clients.  In the most recent survey, 92.5% of those  approached rated our overall service as good or very good.  We are working to improve this.

We also asked our clients for their (honest!) comments and these are set out below.  We were genuinely surprised by the response.  In one or two cases the comments have been edited for length. Some clients have also allowed us to display their corporate logos.
