An Introduction to Employee Ownership Trusts

An Introduction to Employee Ownership TrustsIf you’ve wanted to learn more about the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structure introduced in the Finance Act 2014, your time has come!

We are pleased to announce the upcoming publication of our new book, “An Introduction to Employee Ownership Trusts.”  The book explains how an EOT can benefit vendors, their company and the company’s employees.  Written in a straightforward, easy to understand manner, the book provides an overview of the EOT structure, discusses financing options for companies implementing an EOT, explores the role of the EOT in succession and transition planning and covers valuation, the role of the EOT trustee and benefits available to employees under the EOT structure.

We believe this is the first comprehensive overview of the EOT structure to be published in the UK. The book will be of great value to business owners interested in learning more about this exciting alternative as well as to their professional advisors and lenders who are interested in potentially financing these transactions.

The book will be available in hard copy, through the Amazon Kindle store and through the Apple iBook store.  We are holding a book launch event on the evening of July 12 in London and attendees will receive a free copy of the book at the event. The event will also provide an opportunity to network with some of the leading practitioners in the Employee Ownership space. We hope to see you there!

If you would like to attend, email sarah.bladen@rm2.co.uk for your invitation.
