Experienced hire

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced share scheme or employment tax/law candidates to join during this exciting time.

We do not currently have any vacancies for share plan administrators but we are looking for people to join our plan delivery team.

The role will include plan design (across the full spectrum of approved and unapproved plans), drafting of plan documents, shareholder resolutions to amend Articles, employee communications, trust deeds and preparing share valuations.

We will consider candidates at Senior, Assistant Manager and Manager level who are either CTA/ACA/ATT/ICSA or legally trained with 3-5 years PQE. You must be comfortable in a client facing role and have experience of direct client contact and some business development responsibility in relation to lead generation and new client wins.

This role would be ideal for someone who lives in SW London/Surrey, who wants to work on a first class client list without the hassle of long commuting.
